About the Role
Kingsman Trucking Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Safety & Compliance Administrator to support our transportation operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining driver and vehicle records, monitoring Hours of Service (HOS), and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update driver files, including licenses, certifications, and incident records
- Monitor and review driver logbooks and Hours of Service (HOS) for compliance
- Keep accurate records of truck and trailer inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Track and document accidents, incidents, and safety violations
- Ensure compliance with provincial and federal transportation regulations
- Prepare reports related to safety, compliance, and fleet activity
- Coordinate with drivers and management to address compliance issues
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the company
Requirements
- Previous experience in transportation safety, compliance, or a related administrative role is required
- Working knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and driver logbooks is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
