As our Night Auditor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth front desk operations while completing end-of-day financial and system reporting.
- Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room requests
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Perform nightly accounting and audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts, payments, and daily transactions
- Reconcile daily financial reports, room revenue, and payment records
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure all systems are balanced correctly
- Maintain front desk operations and resort security awareness during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries professionally
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain organized and welcoming
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, guest services, or night audit is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Comfortable working with computer systems, reservations software, and basic reporting tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
