Bella & Wren is looking for a creative, organized, and highly aesthetic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves social media, has a beautiful eye for content, and understands what makes people stop scrolling. You'll work directly with our Marketing Consultant to help bring the Bella & Wren brands to life across Instagram and other digital channels.
While marketing experience is definitely an asset, we're much more interested in finding someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a passion for beautiful brands. We can teach the technical side—we can't teach great taste. Please note this role has the potential to become a full-time position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in planning and executing Bella & Wren's social media content, inclusive of two other in-house brands, with a primary focus on Instagram
- Capture photo and video content in-store and during product launches
- Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, and feed posts
- Help maintain our visual brand aesthetic across all social channels
- Schedule content and assist with content calendars
- Stay on top of social media trends while ensuring content remains true to our brand
- Support influencer gifting and community engagement
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and occasional website updates
- Help brainstorm campaign ideas, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the retail team to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has an exceptional eye for aesthetics, photography, and design
- Loves Instagram and understands what makes engaging content
- Is naturally creative and full of ideas
- Is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Has strong written communication skills
- Is comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative, small business environment
- Has experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools (an asset)
- Has previous social media or marketing experience (an asset, but not required)
Bonus Points If You...
- Love fashion, jewelry, home décor, and lifestyle brands
- Enjoy creating short-form video content
- Have experience photographing products or people
- Have worked in retail or understand the customer experience
- Are familiar with Shopify and Omni Send
