As per the Client Support Assistant job description
Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience with working with the elderly
Preference will be given to candidates with the following education:
Facility CSA training
Environment Worker Course
Basic Food Safety Certification
Food Service Workers Course or equivalent
Basic Food Preparation or equivalent
Experience in housekeeping, or food service.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, visitors, and coworkers.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and follow through on specific instructions.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs at a time, in good general health, and able to endure the day-to-day pressures of the position.
Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance by the Northwood corporate standard
