Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly revenue growth
- Manage client follow up and lead conversion
- Oversee front desk operations and daily clinic flow
- Implement membership and promotional strategies
- Track and report on performance metrics such as revenue, bookings, and retention
- Ensure an exceptional, elevated client care experience
- Support team accountability and operational excellence
- Bring forward ideas that increase revenue, efficiency, and client retention
Who You Are:
- Naturally positive and high energy
- Sales confident and comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self motivated and accountable
- Passionate about aesthetic medicine and client experience
- Experience in med spa, beauty, or luxury service preferred
- Social media savvy is an asset
