- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
