Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have experience working on German vehicles, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. This role offers an opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and customer service skills to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Duties
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair or assemble vehicle components.
- Use Shopmonkey CRM to manage repair orders and service information.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and accurately identify necessary repairs.
- Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and working with heavy machinery.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and vehicle status.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work meets company standards.
- Assist in the assembly of parts or vehicles as needed for specialized projects or upgrades.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Must have experience servicing and repairing German vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, MINI, or similar).
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and reading schematics.
- Experience with welding, assembly, and general maintenance is an asset.
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and work with heavy machinery or parts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of automotive repair standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
