Job Responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Expertly install pavers, retaining walls, steps, natural stone features, and woodworking projects.
- Operate Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, etc. for excavation and grading.
- Use compactors, screed tools, saws, and hand tools for high-quality finishes.
- Read and follow detailed landscape blueprints and elevation drawings.
- Grade, prep, and install hardscape and softscape elements to company standards.
- Collaborate with Project and Office Managers to maintain organized, efficient worksites.
- Model safe work habits and ensure a clean, hazard-free jobsite.
People & Leadership Skills
- Lead a crew of up to 3 team members under the Project Manager's guidance.
- Assign tasks, demonstrate techniques, and provide on-the-job training.
- Mentor newer crew members and promote learning and development.
- Foster a positive team culture based on respect, communication, and accountability.
- Monitor jobsite productivity and communicate progress with managers.
- Professionally represent the company in appearance and behavior.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction, focusing on hardscape installations.
- Proficient with Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, etc.
- Strong understanding of site plans, blueprints, and elevation drawings.
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License; trailer towing experience (Required)
- Comfortable using digital tools and construction equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit for outdoor manual work in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
