Overview
Our Dynamic Orthodontic Team is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist. Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during examinations and procedures
- Provide hands-on support for patients on their journey with braces / aligners, under the guidance of the orthodontist (apply, remove and adjust orthodontic appliances)
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) if required
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Coordinate schedule with patients for follow-up appointments
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Familiarity with dental software systems
- Experience in orthodontics is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Ability to work independently and with a team, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Up to date certifications and licenses
