We are currently seeking a part-time position (3 days a week) with the possibility of it growing to full-time in a few months. This is for our back-of-house Production Team joining as a blender/brewer assistant.
At Please! Beverage Co. we make premium crafted small-batch concoctions you won’t find anywhere else. We use all whole ingredients and are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our category.
Ideal candidates would:
- Have general knowledge of beverage production equipment - brite tanks, pumps, hoses, clamps, valves etc.
- Know proper safety procedures around pressure vessels and CO2 exposure.
- Have experience with blending - tracking ingredient additions, quality control, etc
- Have experience packaging on a canning line.
- Be able to lift 50lbs and be on feet all day
Duties on the production team would include:
- Handling high-proof alcohol and making large batch tinctures, extracts, etc from whole ingredients
- Breaking down ingredients from suppliers to go in our kegged and bottled cocktails
- Blending ingredients into tank, dialing in flavours and carbonating
- Kegging - transfer and cleaning
- CIP duties on all equipment
- Canning
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment
