Summary
We are seeking a Front Counter Office Administrator to join our team in Peace River. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and efficient office operations that align with our mission of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively.
- They must be capable of producing accurate accounting information to the main office and other Max Fuel sites, the Credit Department and Management.
- Oversee month end procedures and generation of month end data and accounting reports as required.
- Enter invoices in the system as may be required
- Prepare bank deposits and balance to the batches as required
- Maintain accurate records and files for efficient office operations.
- Balance all inventory at month end as required
- Provide information to the Credit Department and contact customer accounts when directed to provide missing information
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support administrative functions including data entry and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
