Job Description
After Shine Cleaning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaners to join our growing team. We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services across the Calgary area and take pride in professionalism, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
This position is for independent subcontractors only. Applicants must have their own WCB coverage and business liability insurance.
We are looking for cleaners who are dependable, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens, washrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty garbage and replace liners
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients
- Report supply shortages or issues to management
- Travel to different job sites when required
Requirements
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Must be an independent cleaner/subcontractor
- Must have active WCB coverage
- Must carry personal business liability insurance
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

- Weekends as needed

Experience
- Cleaning: 1 year preferred
- Customer service experience is an asset
