Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery to support, load, and organize our yard with a strong focus on farm machinery. This role requires someone who is a hard-worker, efficient, well organized and has great attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate skid steers, front-end loaders, and various farm machinery.
- Deliver, receive, inspect, and organize equipment and parts.
- Assist with wash bay duties and perform through detailing to company standards.
- Perform yard maintenance including removing snow, cutting grass and general upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop, yard, and facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Provide professional customer service and follow all safety procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience operating equipment is required.
- Experience with agricultural machinery is strongly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
