Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and assist in maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering roles is advantageous.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
