Thomas Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and motivated 310S Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Hamilton. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to grow within a supportive and stable company.

Our fleet primarily consists of Ford pickup trucks and passenger vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct inspections and accurately identify mechanical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance services (oil changes, brakes, etc.)
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Familiarity with Ford IDS (preferred)
