Job Title: Analyst, FP&A & Continuous Improvement
Reports To: Senior Manager, FP&A & Transformation

Position Summary
The Analyst, FP&A & Business Process Improvement supports the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including administration and enhancement of the Yardi ABF planning system. The role contributes to financial reporting, business performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing processes, systems, and data quality across the organization. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required to partner with stakeholders across business units.
Responsibilities:
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes by maintaining and enhancing forecast models, and assist in
managing planning timelines and resource coordination to deliver reporting packages
- Review quarterly forecast analyses to identify key risks and opportunities and perform variance analysis (actual vs
budget/forecast)
- Maintain and enhance Yardi ABF and Power BI reporting and dashboards to support financial reporting and decision
making
- Recommend and assist in accounting system enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives, including
module upgrades, data integration, process automation, custom report development and standardization, staff
training, and accounting data governance
- Partner with business teams to drive efficiencies and improve intra and inter departmental processes
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support management requests and business initiatives
- Assist with special and transactional projects and perform other duties as assigned
Academic/Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree within Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting practices as applied to real estate development & property management, CAM/Property Tax/Chargeback billings, financial and management reporting;
- Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
- Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization
