Overview
Beausejour GM Collision Center is looking to hire a Collision Center Production Manager to add to our growing Collision Center. A collision center production manager oversees the daily workflow, efficiency, and quality control of a collision repair facility to ensure vehicles are fixed on time and safely. They manage technician assignments, monitor repair metrics like cycle time, and liaise between front-office estimators and the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Oversight: Tracks repair progress from vehicle intake to delivery, minimizing cycle and touch times.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures repairs follow OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and completes final quality control inspections.
- Team Leadership: Assigns tasks based on technician skill, manages parts ordering, and conducts daily production meetings.
- Performance Metrics: Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and supports Direct Repair Program (DRP) compliance.
Core Requirements
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5+ years of auto body repair experience and proven leadership or supervisory roles.
- System Proficiency: Familiarity with estimating software such as Mitchell Connect, or Repair Center
Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
