As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are looking for a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Quality Control Assistant to join our leadership support team.
The Role:
This is a dynamic, hybrid role designed for a professional who loves variety. You will split your time between ensuring administrative excellence in our office and conducting premium-quality assurance field checks at our local job sites. You will work directly alongside the business owner and our Senior Field Supervisor to maintain the airtight operational standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support (approx. 50%): Manage client inquiries via phone and email, assist with routine scheduling updates, organize digital files, log daily team reports, and perform light data entry to support daily operations. (Note: Financial management and invoicing are handled separately by ownership).
- Quality Assurance & Auditing (approx. 50%): Travel locally to active job sites to perform meticulous quality inspections using our standardized digital checklist protocol.
- Team Support: Deliver constructive, professional feedback to field staff based on your quality checks, ensuring morale stays high and standards remain elite. Act as a seamless backup coordinator for the Senior Field Supervisor during peak volume days.
What We Are Looking For:

- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent, professional verbal and written English. You can speak tactfully with field staff and professionally with high-end clientele.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital scheduling software, spreadsheets, and mobile-based quality check apps.
- Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and a valid Alberta driver's license are required, as you will be operating a company service vehicle for all field-based quality checks.
- Discretion & Professionalism: You handle company data and team dynamics with absolute integrity and confidentiality.
