Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restoration experience
- WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification is required
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Available for after-hours and emergency call-outs when required
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, mould, and other restoration services
- Extract water and set up drying equipment
- Monitor drying progress and document job activities
- Remove damaged materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
