Summary
We are seeking a Service and Warranty Lead to join our team in Canada. This pivotal role is based in [City], and it involves overseeing service operations and warranty processes to ensure our projects maintain their performance standards. The Service and Warranty Lead will play a key part in upholding our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventative and service work orders
- Read drawings, diagnose problems, and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections and provide recommendations for repairs
- Provide quote information for repairs found during maintenance
- Complete plumbing retrofit projects
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients and tenants
- Provide improvements as needed with commercial and residential plumbing, fixture installations and other tenant improvement projects
- Write detailed reports with photo documentation
- Ensure projects are up to building and plumbing code
- Complete retrofit plumbing projects from commercial to residential projects
- Replace or modify plumbing equipment and pipes
- Provide support to other team members when needed
- Act as interim Service Manager during their absence
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience plumbing servicing and troubleshooting plumbing systems, including:
- High rise domestic water systems
- Leak repairs
- Sump pumps
- Pressure booster pumps
- Hydronic systems
- Plumbing or Gas-fitting Red Seal Ticket
- Level 1 First Aid (considered an asset)
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) (considered an asset)
- Possess personal hand tools for the trade. Enersolv will provide any additional company-related tools.
- Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
