Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Service Technician to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair, with the ability to diagnose and fix a wide range of vehicle issues. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repair tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and repair guides to diagnose issues accurately.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems before they become major repairs.
- Assist with the assembly of vehicle components during repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs needed and answering customer questions professionally.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards during all repair activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic, preferably with dealership experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required for certain repair tasks.
- Knowledge of automotive assembly processes and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00-$36.00 per hour
