Experienced Concrete Finisher

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Concrete Finisher who can proficiently handle various finishing techniques such as broom finish, exposed aggregate, stamping, and power troweling. The ideal candidate will not only excel in finishing work but also possess strong leadership skills to oversee and assist in the preparation, final grade work, and incorporation of rebar.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of concrete finishing techniques, including broom finish, exposed aggregate, stamping, and power troweling.
- Supervise and assist in preparation work, ensuring proper grade, and incorporating rebar as necessary.
- Operate and maintain equipment associated with concrete finishing.
- Coordinate and organize materials efficiently.
- Oversee and lead a crew of skilled workers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines and adhere to quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher.
- Expertise in various finishing techniques such as broom finish, exposed aggregate, stamping, and power troweling.
- Strong understanding of concrete preparation, final grade work, and incorporation of rebar.
- Equipment operation experience.
- Ability to organize materials and coordinate crew activities.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
