What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the Controller and play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your days will include a mix of accounting responsibilities, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing banking activities including wire payments, EFTs, and foreign exchange transactions
- Completing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing financial reports and supporting schedules
- Maintaining organized, audit-ready financial records
- Assisting with management reporting and financial analysis
- Providing backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Helping with ad-hoc accounting projects as needed

What You Bring
- 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in an inventory-based environment is considered an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:
- full-cycle accounting: 5 years (preferred)
