Job Title: Warehouse Associate and Order Desk Clerk
Location:239 12 Street N, Lethbridge, AB, T1H 2G3
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30AM-4:00PM)
Job Summary:As a order desk/ warehouse associate at Prosol Inc. you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse's safe and efficient operation. You will primarily be responsible for daily warehouse operations, handling inventory, and preparing orders for shipment as well as providing excellent customer service. This dynamic position requires the ability to work collaboratively in a fast–paced environment.
Order Desk:
- Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
- Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
- Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
- Ordering replenishment product as required
- Various clerical tasks
- Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
- General housekeeping
- Pick/fill orders as required
- Other duties as assigned
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and allocate incoming merchandise.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Pick and prepare accurate orders for delivery.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Generating shipment labels and documentation.
- Communicating with other shipping managers and team members effectively.
- Operate forklifts and other safety equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Forklift Licence considered an asset.
- Fluent English.
- Min. 1 year warehouse experience required.
- Min. 1 year customer service
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
