Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with energy and professionalism.
- Prepare and assemble orders accordingly.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Refill empty items and keep the front area stocked
- Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to customers.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandising displays.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandising displays.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Utilize effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
