We are looking for a passionate Preschool Educator who values connection, observation, and meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, respected, and valued.
Foster children's independence, confidence, creativity, and sense of belonging.
Plan and facilitate engaging, play-based learning experiences inspired by children's interests and developmental needs.
Design inviting learning environments that encourage exploration, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.
Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning to support ongoing curriculum planning.
Encourage children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through meaningful daily interactions.
Build positive and respectful partnerships with families through open communication.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive, reflective, and positive team environment.
Follow Alberta licensing regulations and centre policies.
Qualifications
Alberta ECE Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Previous preschool or early learning classroom experience is an asset
