We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Operations Support to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Healthcare Software
- Assist with filing, document management, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support bookkeeping activities and handle basic financial tasks related to office operations
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service standards
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative projects such as preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with basic accounting
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and document proofreading
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; experience in medical offices is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills and ability to manage filing systems effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Speak Arabic (preferred)
- Cultural training (preferred)
