Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure a productive and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily team activities and maintain efficient workflows
- Train, guide, and support employees
- Monitor performance and help resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Maintain records related to attendance, productivity, and operations
- Coordinate with other departments to support business goals

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of workplace safety and operational procedures
- Experience training and motivating staff
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus

Pay: $70,500.00-$80,500.00 per year
