We are seeking a dependable, experienced Delivery & Staging Team Member who takes pride in their work and understands that entering a client’s home is a privilege.
About the Role
You will work alongside our Mover/Coordinator to complete deliveries, staging installations, and warehouse operations.
This role includes driving our Chevy Cube Van - 14 ft to transport furniture from:
- Our Langford warehouse
- Client homes throughout Greater Victoria
You must be confident operating a cube van and comfortable navigating residential neighborhoods and tighter urban spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver furniture
- Provide white-glove setup in client homes
- Assist with full staging installations and removals
- Work in partnership with the Mover/Coordinator during all jobs
- Handle furniture with exceptional care
- Move and organize inventory within warehouse spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Represent Avenue One with professionalism and courtesy at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean driving record (abstract required)
- Proven experience driving a cube van or similar cargo van
- Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture safely
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and respectful demeanor in client homes
Experience in moving, staging, logistics, or furniture delivery is strongly preferred.
