About Us
MetaLife is a fast-growing supplement brand in Canada expanding into the US market through Amazon and Shopify. We are building a high-performance affiliate and creator ecosystem and are looking for an experienced growth-focused professional to lead this initiative.
Role Overview
This is a performance-oriented remote contract role. You will own affiliate growth, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale MetaLife’s affiliate and influencer program
- Recruit, activate, and manage creators and affiliates
- Develop outreach systems and partnership pipelines
- Manage affiliate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting
- Coordinate campaigns across Amazon and Shopify
- Optimize conversion and ROI from affiliate traffic
- Track KPIs and provide weekly reporting
- Build repeatable acquisition systems
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Influencer Marketing
- Experience with Amazon ecosystem preferred
- Experience in supplements, fitness, wellness, or eCommerce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and KPI-driven mindset
- Experience using creator outreach and tracking tools
Compensation
Base compensation plus performance incentives and bonus opportunities.
Success Metrics (First 90 Days)
- Launch affiliate acquisition system
- Activate 30–50 creators
- Establish weekly reporting dashboard
- Generate measurable affiliate-driven sales growth
