Project Supervisor – Restoration/Renovations Division (London)
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our restoration division. Someone who’s not afraid to get involved in the work. This is not a desk role - you will be in the field, installing equipment, responding to emergencies, and leading jobs from the front. As a project supervisor you will ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
You’ll work closely with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to keep jobs moving, solve problems in real time, and maintain strong communication across all teams.
This role also includes participation in an on-call rotation to support after-hours emergency response coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
Field Support & Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field operations
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and tool logistics for job sites
- Set up and install drying and restoration equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, containment, etc.)
- Work hands-on with crews to get jobs moving quickly and efficiently
- Assist with site setup, organization, signage, and general coordination
- Support small on-site tasks when needed to improve efficiency
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Project & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily scheduling of crews, subcontractors, and job assignments
- Assist Project Managers with project flow, timelines, and job progression
- Support communication between office staff, field teams, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor jobs and address issues before they impact timelines or production
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain clear communication across all teams and stakeholders
- Assist with job documentation, progress tracking, and file organization
- Ensure accurate updates within company systems
- Help maintain strong workflow and accountability across projects
Essential Skills
- 3–5 years experience in restoration, construction, or project coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Own basic tools and a working phone.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Comfortable using phones, email, and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead crews while still working hands-on
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- SRS is an emergency service provider (Restoration Company): you need to be available for occasional overtime and available on call for emergency situations on a regular rotation – your availability is critical; this may be evening calls –weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling demanding tasks daily.
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- IICRC Certification is an asset and may be required in the future.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
