Part-Time Receptionist – Cosmetic Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics

DermEffects Cosmetics is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing cosmetic team.
This is much more than a traditional reception role. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service from the moment a patient walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm cosmetic appointments.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with daily administrative and front desk duties.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support the cosmetic team with promotions, events, and day-to-day operations.
- Educate patients on cosmetic services and skincare products while directing them to the appropriate provider.

- Available to work evenings and occasional Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Experience in a medical office, spa, salon, or cosmetic clinic is considered an asset.
- Sales or retail experience is an asset.
