Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist

We are looking for someone who can balance professionalism with a positive attitude — someone who enjoys helping pets and their owners
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
- Answering phones, booking appointments, and managing client communication
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians during appointments and treatments
- Safely restraining pets for exams and procedures
- Monitoring hospitalized patients and assisting with patient care
- Cleaning and maintaining exam rooms and treatment areas
- Preparing medications, supplies, and patient files
- Helping create a welcoming and supportive clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary clinic experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of various sizes and temperaments
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
