We are a growing short-term rental company based in downtown Toronto, with separate branches focused on cleaning services and property management services.
We are looking for an experienced sales representative with a strong background in door-to-door sales, networking, prospecting, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who is highly social, confident, and able to create opportunities through conversations, referrals, introductions, and relationship-building.
The right candidate should be comfortable working independently, creating their own leads, following up consistently, and turning relationships into business opportunities. We are looking for someone who has experience approaching new people, building trust quickly, handling rejection, and succeeding in a performance-based or commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for our cleaning and property management branches
- Build relationships through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Create and follow up with leads independently
- Attend in-person meetings and networking opportunities when needed
- Track conversations, leads, and results
- Represent the company professionally
Requirements:
- Previous door-to-door, direct sales, or business development experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Confident approaching new people and starting conversations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with a base plus commission compensation structure
- Experience in cleaning, property management, real estate, or home services is an asset
