Job Title: Construction Worker (Full-Time)

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced construction workers with a strong work ethic, high motivation, and excellent physical strength and stamina to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of site supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to complete projects accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and small equipment safely and effectively
- Assist in dismantling structures and building temporary structures such as signage, cones, barricades, ramps, and enclosures
- Load, unload, and transport tools and building materials including lumber, tile, sheetrock, grout, and equipment
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within established timelines
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to perform demanding labor for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and best practices
