Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
- Build, maintain, optimize, and secure internal network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Maintain and support CRM systems, including user support, access management, and system optimization.
- Update and maintain company website and digital platforms, including content editing, image processing, and basic video production.
- Provide desktop support for employees, including computers, printers, office equipment, email systems, and troubleshooting.
- Manage IT assets, system backups, data security, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and provide technical solutions.
- Use Power BI for data integration, analysis, and dashboard/report development to support business decision-making.
- Continuously improve IT operations processes to enhance system stability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT operations experience; team management experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of network devices, servers, Windows/Mac systems, and office software support.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of security systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and website backend management.
- Proficient in Power BI for data integration, analytics, and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present business data.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or other data tools is an asset.
- Basic skills in graphic design and video editing are preferred.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft, or Google IT Support are an asset.
- Canadian work experience and familiarity with local IT practices are preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.

任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历,计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业。
- 5 年以上 IT 运维相关经验,有团队管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉网络设备、服务器及 Windows/Mac 系统及办公软件支持。
- 具备安防系统安装与维护经验。
- 熟悉 CRM 系统及网站后台管理。
- 熟练使用 Power BI 进行数据整合、分析及报表开发。
- 具备良好的数据分析思维及业务洞察能力。
- 熟悉 Excel、SQL 或其他数据分析工具者优先。
- 具备基础设计能力(图片编辑、视频制作)。
- 具备 IT 相关认证者优先(如 CCNA、CompTIA、微软认证等)。
- 有加拿大本地工作经验者优先。
- 中英文流利沟通。

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
