In Risk roles, you’ll help identify potential financial or operational risks, monitor transactions for unusual activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to models that test the bank’s resilience under different scenarios. In Corporate and Business Support roles, you’ll assist with strategic projects, improve internal processes, support HR or finance teams, and help ensure smooth coordination across departments.

RBC looks for people who are analytical, reliable, and comfortable working with financial systems and tools like Excel or reporting platforms.
