- Greeted customers, took food orders, and processed cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Provided friendly and efficient customer service while answering menu-related questions.
- Prepared sandwiches, burgers, poutines, and other menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards.
- Operated kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and food preparation tools.
- Assembled and packaged dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately.
- Maintained cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Restocked food ingredients, supplies, and beverages to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Followed health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean work environment.
- Assisted in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory and food supplies.
- Worked collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced restaurant environment to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Contribute positively to team morale and uphold company values in all interactions
