Primary Purpose: Be the operational and sales captain of the clinic location — lead team performance, ensure smooth patient flow, deliver a premium patient experience, hit financial targets, and own the complete order fulfilment cycle. The Sales Lead is the single point of accountability for everything that happens at their location on any given day.

Job Requirements:
- Exceptional Customer and Sales skills
- Optometry / optical work will be an asset.
- 2+ years experience at a Optical Setting
