Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
- Perform a variety of hair styling services, including haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client's experience and increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barber or hairstylist
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products and services
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Proficient in a variety of hair styling techniques and trends
- Knowledge of sanitation practices for tools and equipment
- Ability to multitask and handle front desk duties when needed
