Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 310T Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy machinery and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with heavy equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience and familiarity with various types of machinery are highly desirable. The position offers an opportunity to work with diverse equipment including Highway tractors, Dump Trucks, a variety of trailers (livebottom and pup), machinery, a variety of vocational trucks, HVAC systems, and more.
***HOURLY PAY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE***

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel engines and industrial equipment using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform maintenance tasks on heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm equipment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to complete repairs
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on complex systems
- Operate heavy equipment safely during repair or testing procedures
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed
- Assist in assembly or disassembly of machinery as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs
Requirements
- Proven mechanic experience with heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of a variety of heavy duty trucks, trailers and equipment
- Experience working with schematics, electrical systems, HVAC components, and welding techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Capable of performing heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures for Dump Trucks, Highway Trucks, and a variety of trailers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team oriented
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
