We are a direct marketing agency based in the North York area of the Greater Toronto region, and an Authorized Sales Representative of Rogers. We’re expanding our Customer Sales Representative team. We’re looking for a driven, self-assured, and customer-oriented professional who is ready to represent cutting-edge telecom solutions in their local communities.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the frontline ambassador for industry-leading technology, introducing residential customers to essential home internet, cable, and wireless services. The Customer Sales Representative role is results-focused, with your performance directly influencing your earnings. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver value-driven solutions will determine your success.
Customer Sales Representative Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person sales presentations to residential customers, highlighting Rogers’ internet, cable, and wireless offerings
- Initiate conversations, establish credibility, and foster trust through transparent and consultative communication
- Assess individual customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their usage and budget
- Confidently negotiate and close sales while maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Stay current on Rogers’ promotions, service enhancements, and competitive positioning
- Accurately track leads, customer interactions, and completed sales transactions for reporting and follow-up
- Collaborate with other Customer Sales Representative team members to exchange insights, refine outreach strategies, and achieve shared performance goals
- Participate in daily meetings and ongoing client product familiarization to continuously sharpen your sales skills
Customer Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to deliver basic sales presentations and product explanations
- Motivated by performance metrics, achievement, and recognition
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills when assisting customers with questions and plan selections
- Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to KPI sales metrics
