Job Type: Seasonal (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Our Front Desk team is the heart of the hotel. As a Front Desk associate, you’ll be the first hello and the last goodbye - creating moments that make guests feel welcomed, cared for and excited to return.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
Answer phones and take reservations
Process payments and handle transactions
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Have previous hotel or customer service experience
