Our team is looking for a full-time seasonal experienced finisher roller operator in our Edmonton, AB location. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate finish asphalt rollers safely and efficiently during paving operations.
- Achieve required compaction and surface finish specifications.
- Coordinate with paving crew members, paver operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor asphalt temperature, rolling patterns, and compaction results.
- Conduct and document daily equipment inspections.
- Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general paving and construction duties as required.
- Assist with general paving duties as required
- Assist with asphalt work
Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience operating finish asphalt rollers in road construction or paving projects.
- Valid driver's license (Class 5 minimum; higher classification considered an asset).
- Knowledge of asphalt paving practices, compaction techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and follow site instructions and project specifications.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of performing construction-related tasks.
- Pre-Employment drug screening in effect.
