We are looking for a Account Manager – Maritimes Market to continue with the growth & success we shared with our dealer partners. You will work with our dealer network on a daily basis, conclude sales in a professional manner, communicate the benefits and advantages of Distinctive and its manufacturers to achieve objectives based on an annual sales budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, improve and maintain relationships with customers in order to build customer loyalty and strengthen our presence in the Maritimes.
- Apply sales strategies based on customer needs and desired results.
- Represent Distinctive and our brands of household appliances and promote them.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by taking appropriate action.
- Explain to customers and / or potential customers how the company's products and services can reduce costs and improve their business.
- Provide ongoing training to the client.
- Stay up to date on product and service innovations related to changing customer needs and market conditions.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports and perform other administrative tasks associated with the sales function.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a related field;
- DEC related to sales and management;
- Relevant sales experience in the retail sector;
- Relevant experience in the field of household appliances (asset);
- Good knowledge of the office suite, advanced Excel level;
