Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively
- Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Upsell retail products by recommending suitable items based on client preferences and needs
- Manage front desk duties including and handling payments
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their expectations and provide personalized recommendations
- Support team members with daily operations to ensure smooth salon workflow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in barbering
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: From $16.35 per hour
