Position Overview
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Director, the Parts Manager is responsible for coaching, leading and mentoring a service team of two Parts Advisors and a Parts Driver. In addition, the Parts Manager supports the Service Manager in creating and managing an efficient parts and service operation – with the sole goal of providing an exceptional customer service experience while operating a well-run service operation.

Skill Requirements
Advanced technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational skills
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to lead others
Working knowledge of the PBS operating system would be an asset
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years Parts Management experience as an Automotive Parts Manager, Assistant Parts Manager or Sr. Parts Advisor with a proven track record in both service and customer satisfaction
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve results
Able to work as part of a results-oriented and customer-focused dealership team
Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally
