What you'll do
- Provide hands-on IT support both on-site at client locations and remotely from our office
- Set up, troubleshoot, and improve client networks — routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Strengthen client security: backups, email protection (spam/phishing), and best practices
- Troubleshoot devices, computers, and day-to-day IT issues for our clients
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Help us standardize and unify processes across multiple clients
- Grow into new areas with us — surveillance systems, cloud, automation, and more
What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Solid networking experience (routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls)
- Confident troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin and/or Google Workspace
- Great communication — you can explain tech to non-tech people and represent us well on-site
- Self-starter who can work independently at client sites
- Reliable transportation method and valid driver's license (you'll travel to client sites)
Nice-to-haves (or willing to learn):
- Email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Render, Supabase)
- Surveillance / camera systems
- Web development basics
- Ticketing tools (Jira, ClickUp)
