Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Lead – Level 2 to oversee onsite operations, supervise installation teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in racking installation, and the ability to manage teams of 20 or more employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise onsite teams of 20+ employees.
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee racking installation projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist with furniture moving and installation as required.
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and address operational issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid DZ Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in racking installation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and record management systems.
- Valid Forklift Certification.
- Valid Scissor Lift Certification.
- Valid First Aid Certification.
- JHSC (Joint Health and Safety Committee) Certification.
- Experience with furniture moving and installation.
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise teams of 20 or more employees.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
