About the Role
This position is for someone who wants to earn like a licensed tradesman without spending years in school or paying tuition. You’ll work alongside experienced operators on real jobs, gain hands‑on skills, and get paid while you learn. If you’re practical, motivated, and want a career path—not just a job—this role delivers.
What Your Days Look Like
You’ll start each workday at 6:00 a.m. Most days involve driving to customer job sites (sometimes two or three in a day) and assisting the operator with setup, equipment, and job execution. The work is hands‑on, varied, and fast‑moving.
Emergency call‑in work is part of the role and is paid at premium rates, and overtime is available during busy periods.
Who This Job Is (and Isn’t) For
This role is not for someone who wants the same routine every day or dislikes problem‑solving. Every job presents a new challenge, and the goal is to leave each site knowing the work was done right. If you enjoy fixing problems, figuring things out, and finishing the day feeling accomplished, you’ll thrive here.
Many people describe this job as winning at every site you go to—because the work matters and the results are clear.
